Weekly topics, readings, self-checks, and graded take-homes for Fall 2026.
Two sessions per teaching week (Mon + Wed, 2:20–3:35 PM). Click a week for its readings, self-checks, group practice, and graded take-home. Where a week offers Review slides, that is its lectures in one PDF with every slide fully revealed, plus a glossary and five questions to test yourself; use it to catch up or to revise. No class Mon Sep 7 (Labor Day) or the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 23–27), and our last meeting is Wed Dec 9.
The midterm is Wed Oct 21, covering Weeks 1–8; that session is reserved for setup and the exam. Setup begins at 2:20 PM, with the test planned for 2:40–3:10 PM. It is marked below. The cumulative final is in the Dec 14–18 examination period and covers Weeks 1–15. Exams has how both run.
Attendance and late work follow the 3-3-3 rule. The schedule can change in extenuating circumstances; any change is announced in class and on Canvas.
